Forest Canvas Leather Clutch is a no nonsense clutch. Comfortable, tough and still feminine. Made with a combination double twill sandwashed canvas with a rich brown tanned leather. Features parallel leather detailing on the cover with a deep rich shine. Lined with 100% premium cotton. One zip pocket and internal zip closure as well as front closure. A lightweight, not delicate clutch for the girl who has got to get a lot of other things done.
The Forest Canvas Leather Clutch is part of Sand and Forest series. Which came about from Dewi Dian’s own personal favourites. Never having had much association with feminine handbags styles. We developed a series of classically natural colours inspired by simple and older styles like the messenger bags that is quite popular amongst full leather designs. One of the things we wanted to develop was the inclusion of canvas in our materials, as we did here with the this series. As a gallery, as an artist collective, the canvas is such a central material to the creative endeavours of everyone at Sawidji.
